Windsong Resort on Grace Bay Beach in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos, announced two major upgrades on July 17 – a rooftop restaurant called Pelago and a newly rebranded Rooftop Villa Collection. The additions give travellers a fresh reason to put the property on their radar, complementing the resort’s long‑standing reputation for world‑class snorkeling.

Pelago, whose name derives from the Greek word for open sea, occupies the top of the hotel and offers panoramic views of the turquoise waters of Grace Bay. According to the resort’s press release, the menu blends Mediterranean cuisine with Asian influences, serving breakfast and lunch before shifting to a dinner service that includes curated wine pairings for each course.

The Rooftop Villa Collection expands the accommodation offering with private, residential‑style villas situated on the upper level of the property. The villas provide guests with direct access to the rooftop amenities and a more exclusive stay, positioning the resort as a full‑service destination rather than a day‑trip snorkeling spot.

Windsong’s biggest competitive edge remains its location directly opposite one of Providenciales’ most celebrated snorkeling reefs. Caribbean Journal recently listed the resort among its favourite Turks and Caicos properties precisely because guests can step off the beach and into crystal‑clear water teeming with marine life.

Together, the new dining venue and upgraded villas aim to lengthen visitor stays and increase overall spend, reinforcing Grace Bay’s status as a premier Caribbean tourism hub while preserving the underwater experience that first put Windsong on the map.
